At this time we are only hosting gel blaster parties for up to 20 guests & at outdoor parks. Gel Blasters aren't approved for the indoor venues yet.
HOW IT WORKS
Additional Information
The party host is responsible for reserving the park or providing a residential location. We take care of everything for the battle — bringing all necessary equipment, and our team stays on-site to fully manage the event, ensuring a seamless and exciting experience.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS
Battlefield Setup
Space Requirements
An open grassy area about the size of half to a full tennis court works best for our mobile battlefield. Ideal locations include:

Residential front/backyards or driveways

Public parks (permits or reservations may be required)

Private venues such as gymnasiums, school gyms, or warehouses
We require access to the field/party location one hour before the party for setup and one hour after for breakdown — be sure to include that in your reservation time.
Approved Zones
We are currently approved to operate in:
Oro Valley (OV), Marana, Gladden Farms, Private Parks, All Pima County Parks, & TUSD School Fields
If you are unsure about the fields please reach out to us and we can help navigate the reservation.
Travel Fee
A mileage charge of $1.55 per mile (one way) applies to locations 20 miles or more from our home base.
Battle Play & Game Flow
Our events are made up of fast-paced battles designed to keep players active and engaged. Round length varies depending on energy levels, weather, and game type. Our Game Leader checks in with players and calls for short water breaks as needed.
We recommend hydration breaks approximately every 30 minutes. Want more or fewer breaks? Just let us know — we're happy to tailor the flow of your event.
Pre-Game Briefing
Every event starts with a short safety and strategy briefing covering gameplay rules, equipment handling, and team selection. This ensures everyone is prepped and ready to play safely, setting the tone for a fun and injury-free experience.

Payment: Full payment due at booking. Non-refundable 24 hours after payment is made.

Weather: If an event is halted, a prorated rate applies. Deposits transfer to a new date for postponements.

Photos/Video: We reserve the right to capture content for social media unless you specify otherwise in writing.

Waivers: All participants must sign a liability waiver. Required for everyone.
